Open Math breakdown under any result and every line now ends with an “In plain words” sentence: multiply this by that, then divide by this, using your own numbers. Nothing abstract, no blanks between signs, and very small numbers are written readably.
The exact answer and the standard part, together
Resistors come in E24 steps, capacitors and inductors in E12. The result now shows the exact value with the nearest standard part beside it, the math re-runs with that part so you see what really changes, and the part search uses it.
How Footprint is funded, in one page
Footprint is self-funded and earns nothing when you buy a part. Prices are shown as the supplier lists them, cheapest first. The footer, the About page and a new funding page say so plainly, and a coffee helps cover hosting.
